Dewar's 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky is a blend of very rare vintage single malt and single grain Scotch whiskies, hence the nickname, “The Vintage.” Each bottle includes whiskies from the five single malt distilleries owned by John Dewar and Sons. The whiskies are then married in vintage oak casks. This special blend is creamy with notes of honey and marzipan.Tasting notes: A masterpiece of Dewars® Master Blender Tom Aitken, Dewars® 18 Year Old Founders Reserve Scotch Whisky is a creamy, full and well-rounded blended whisky. This blended scotch whisky is laced with a rich body of dark chocolate flavour, and a dried fruit finish. Finished in selected oak casks

Founded by John Dewar in 1846, Dewar's first Master Blender pioneered a process to bring extra smoothness and consistency to Dewar's Whisky. Single Malt and Grain Whiskies are blended together, placed back into Oak casks and get to know each other, this process is Dewar's Double Aging. Today, Dewar´s is the world´s most awarded blended Scotch whisky.
