Good food is an easy part of the programme when you meet at sea. Groups can enjoy our onboard restaurants and buffets, while catering and other dining arrangements can be organised on request.

Whether you need refreshments during your meeting, a meal together afterwards or dining as part of a longer programme, ask us about the options available for your journey.

For overnight journeys, your group can stay in cabins on board and continue the programme the following day. Hotel accommodation can also be arranged at selected destinations.

This makes it possible to combine the sea journey with an overnight stay, meetings ashore or additional time at your destination. Conference facilities at selected hotels can also be booked through Viking Line.
