Additional services provide both greater convenience and comfort and save passengers' time. Sudden plan changes, all kinds of rushing and the tightly scheduled day-before-holiday can throw up unpleasant surprises. So, the additional services are there to reduce any anxiety.

Cancellation cover
We provide helpful cancellation cover. If you cancel no later than 3–24* hours before departure, we will refund you the full reservation price.
Price
- 1–9 passengers: from €6.10/booking
- 10–30 passengers: 12% of the booking value
Conditions
- Cancellation cover can only be included on an unpaid reservation, not on a partly or fully paid reservation.
- Cancellation cover is not available for groups of over 30 people or for groups with conference facilities.
- Cancellation cover is not available for reservations that include the booking of cottages in Åland.
- The costs of additional services (e.g. the handling fee for payment in the Travel Shop) as well as the cost of cover are not refunded in the event of cancellation.
* A deadline for route traffic on the Helsinki–Tallinn v.v. route is 3 hours if the booking does not include a hotel. A deadline for other types of travel is 24 hours.
Pole Position
The service entitles passengers travelling by car to leave the ferry first after the freight transport, which is partially unloaded first. The deadline for check-in is 45 minutes before departure.

- Finland–Estonia v.v.: €10/vehicle (length up to 7.0 m, height up to 2.05 m)
Late check-in
The service entitles passengers travelling by car to check in at the last minute. The deadline for check-in is 20 minutes before departure.
