Before you travel

Please make sure you are familiar with the following information before booking, paying for or checking in for your trip.

  • Read your booking confirmation carefully before you travel.
  • Check the minimum age limits that apply to your journey.
  • Check which forms of travel documents you need for your journey and destination.
  • Additional charges may apply to some fares, such as mandatory meals.

Travel information by email and text message

Important information about your journey may be sent shortly before departure or while you are travelling. Please make sure we can reach you using the mobile number and email address provided when you made your booking.

Keep your mobile phone switched on and remember to let us know if your email address or mobile number changes.

Ticketless travel

All Viking Line journeys are ticketless. Please bring your booking confirmation or booking number, together with your travel documents.
