Security at sea
Keeping everyone safe and comfortable
- Please be responsible when consuming alcohol while on board.
- We have zero tolerance for drugs.
- We have zero tolerance for criminal behaviour of any kind, including theft, harassment, assault and sexual harassment.
Safety on board
- All our ships have dedicated security staff who patrol the vessel around the clock.
- CCTV is in operation in public areas on board.
- All crew members are trained to recognise and respond to unusual or concerning situations and work closely with our security staff.

Please contact a member of our crew or security staff. The reception desk is staffed around the clock and can assist with anything from key cards to accompanying you safely to your cabin.
In an emergency
Raise the alarm from your cabin or contact the reception desk. Every cabin has a telephone with a direct line to the reception desk. Our ships have trained personnel on board and are well equipped to provide emergency medical care.
Looking out for fellow passengers
If you see someone who may be at risk or needs help, take action by contacting a member of our crew or security staff. Your actions can make a difference.
