Cabins

Every day, Viking Line ships depart from Sweden, Finland and Estonia. The ships have cabins of different classes ranging from economy to luxury. We do everything to make your trip comfortable!

You can upgrade the cabin comfort on most of the ships for a small additional fee. The features vary and depend on the cabin category. Check out all the options after choosing a cabin when booking online.

If upon boarding you find that the cabin is not clean or something is not working, please immediately contact the reception desk on board. We can only compensate you for the inconvenience if our member of staff has personally witnessed the unacceptable state of the cabin.

In all cabins, it is strictly forbidden to smoke (including electronic cigarettes) or drink alcoholic beverages that you bring with you or buy from a store on board. The fine for smoking or drinking alcohol in a cabin is EUR 120 EUR/SEK 1200.

When booking a full cabin on night sailings, one additional child aged 0–11 can be accommodated without a separate bed. Baby cots are available for children weighing up to 10 kg. We do not recommend that children sleep in the upper beds. If necessary, additional safety rails can be requested at the reception desk on board.

In addition, we kindly ask that you do not disturb the peace of other passengers.

When travelling with pets, please follow the simple rules. Reserving an allergy-friendly cabin with a pet is not permitted. You need to buy a ticket for your pet, and the price depends on the specific route.

Your cabin is at your disposal until the end of the journey. However, on some sailings, cabin cleaning starts before arriving at the harbour, as we must have time to prepare the ship for the next sailing. On the Stockholm–Turku route, the harbour stay is short, so cabin cleaning can be completed after the ship has departed. We ask for your understanding regarding this. Our staff will do their best not to cause you any inconvenience. Please note that on cruises, cabins are not cleaned in the ports of call.
