Complaint of product
Defective tax-free products can be exchanged on-board all of our ferries. Please contact the store manager.
Refunds for defective products can be taken care of either directly on-board with the responsible Store Manager, or via our product return service at email@example.com. Your receipt of purchase must be shown.
Eventual damage claims will be handled directly on-board or addressed by our returns manager no-later-than two months from their purchase.
